    We will be visiting the first week in Dec! Looking into a Park Hopper and wanted to get an idea of how long it would take to get from Magic Kingdom to Hollywood Studio? And Epcot to Hollywood Studios? We do not want to miss the Osbourne Lights!

    Congratulations on your December Walt Disney World Vacation, Karen!  December is my favorite time of year to visit the "Happiest Place on Earth" in part because I love how the parks and resorts are beautifully decorated for the Holidays!  We did this very scenario on our December vacation last year that you are asking about.  I think it worked out really well!  I would recommend walking to Disney's Contemporary Resort from Magic Kingdom and boarding the Disney bus bound for Disney's Hollywood Studios. I would allow approximately 45 minutes for the entire trip taking into consideration a 10 minute walk to the Contemporary Resort and then time to catch the bus for Disney's Hollywood Studios. The best method for traveling between Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot is the Friendship Ferry (water taxi) which runs Crescent Lake between the Epcot Resorts, Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. You will access the Friendship Ferry via the International Gateway in Epcot, which is located between the United Kingdom and France Pavilions in Epcot. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the Friendship Ferry dock is located to the right of the front entrance of the park. I would allow approximately 45 minutes for traveling between Epcot and Hollywood Studios as well.
