I will be visiting the first week of August and we have a dinner reservation at Ohana for 9:50 pm but also want to catch the fireworks at MK before dinner and then take a monorail to Poly. Do you think it's possible to make it to our dinner in time?

    Hi Lyndsie,

What a great way to end the summer with a vacation at Walt Disney World! It is how my family is going to end our summer and we are super excited!

If Happily Ever After is at 9:00 pm and you are towards the front of Magic Kingdom, you should be able to make it. Many guests leave the park after the fireworks so it will be crowded. You can take a boat or monorail to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to make your reservation. You will have some flexibility to make it to 'Ohana for dinner so do not panic.

Another option is to watch the fireworks from the beach at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The music is piped onto the beach and the view is one of the best. It is my favorite spot to enjoy the show. You then can stroll to dinner.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
