We are visiting in February and purchased the quick service dining plan. Our concern is that it will all be fast food and won't have many healthy choices. Are there certain quick service places that offer healthy food? Can we make substitutions for dessert?

    Hi Anna,

Don't worry there are many healthy items alongside the burgers at the quick service restaurants in Disney. For example at Columbia Harbour House in the Magic Kingdom you can choose tuna sandwiches, vegetarian chilli or clam chowder. At Sunshine Seasons in Epcot there is a huge variety of food including sweet and sour chicken, caesar salad and rotisserie chicken. The food courts at the resorts also always have some healthy options, my family particularly enjoys the make your own pasta and salad stations at Port Orleans Riverside.

You can view all the menus for the WDW restaurants on the dining pages of www.allears.net

    Have a great trip,
