I am happy to tell you that
gluten free options are available and easy to identify when using My Disney Experience to order your meals. Click on the "+" icon along the bottom banner on the
My Disney Experience mobile app and then select "Order Food" to view the dining locations that are available for mobile ordering. Select an arrival window for the dining location you are interested in and you will be able to view items from their menu.
On the main menu page, you will see an option for "Allergy-Friendly" items. On the following screen, click on the "Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly" button to easily view all the items that are marked as safe for your gluten allergy! If you do not see the "Allergy-Friendly" button, simply click the "See All Categories" button to expand the options offered.
