I will be visiting Epcot next week, and I was wondering if foreign currency can be purchased at each individual country? For example, while visiting the Mexico showcase can I purchase Pesos, or while in France can I buy Francs? Thanks!

    Hi Megan!

Epcot's World Showcase enables guests the opportunity to "visit" eleven different countries without stepping outside of their own "backyard".  Dining, entertainment and attractions offering a sampling of the countries' flavors and lifestyle make World Showcase a favorite among many guests, myself included.

Purchasing currency from the countries in World Showcase is a wonderful way to commemorate your visit.  Happily, I can tell you YES, you are able to purchase foreign currency in World Showcase.  Many of the stores/shops sell souvenir packs of coins representing each of the countries in World Showcase. These coins are uncirculated and come prepackaged in a sheet of 12 coins.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
