Hi, Visiting in early May and not staying on disney and I am looking to book a character dining at one of the resorts (Mickeys backyard bbq, cape may cafe, chef mickeys, etc). Can we drive to those sites and then drive to MK? or is it best to take mono

Hi Krista! I wish I would give you an easy answer, but there are so many factors, including, location, which park you want to return to, time of reservation etc. For example, if you're dining at Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort and visiting the Magic Kingdom, simply hop on the monorail or walk to your dinner. Your car will actually be further away in the parking lot. Cape May, on the other hand, is located at the Beach Club Resort. This is right between Epcot and the Hollywood Studios, so you may want to enjoy the relaxing boat ride to dinner from either park.

Your best bet for specific travel advice is to book your reservations and then give us the details. We're here to help. Wishing you a magical vacation Krista!
