We are visiting DW with our two children in March. What can I expect the temperature to be mid-March? Also...I've made reservations at Chef Mickey's for dinner one night lunch at Akershus Baquet Hall for lunch one afternoon. Any other must restaurants?

Hi Kerry! How fun to be planning a spring trip to Walt Disney World!

Orlando is usually very comfortable in March -- the high temperature averages 78 degrees with lows in the mid-50s.

You're off to a great start with your reservations at Chef Mickey's and Akershus! Now that you have the character meals covered, you might want to reserve a few other types of meals too. There are so many wonderful restaurants at Disney that it's hard to choose just a few must-do ones! However, there are a few to which my family seems to return trip after trip. We love the wood-fired pizzas at the Wolfgang Puck Cafe in Downtown Disney. It's so much fun to sit in a car at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater and watch movies while eating our lunch. Dinner at 'Ohana offers fun activities for the kids as well as a huge amount of food for a set price. Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge offers delicious breakfast and dinner buffets featuring African-inspired cuisine, and the Rose & Crown in Epcot consistently has tasty food and some of the friendliest servers around. For a special upscale dining experience with gourmet cuisine, you can't beat California Grill, which also offers an awesome view of  the Wishes fireworks. Hope you have a magical time!
