    We will be visiting DW November 8-14, and I noticed that the Grand Floridian has a large gingerbread house up for the holidays. My question is will that be up when we are there and also will other hotels have their decorations up? Thank You so Much!!

    Historically, the Disney elves have begun putting up the holiday decorations around Veteran's Day, with an eye on completion by Thanksgiving. This year, Veteran's Day is on November 11, so you will likely see some of the beginnings of the holiday finery. I can't tell you specifically what day any particular hotel or park will be decorated (because I don't know). But I think it would be great fun to explore the resorts a bit at the beginning of your trip to see everything as it is normally, and then go back on your last day and see if the holiday magic has happened yet.
