Hi, Blair! I called Walt Disney World Resort to be sure that I was giving you the correct information, and the Cast Member I spoke with confirmed my answer. The Wheelchair and Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) rental locations are available thirty minutes before Theme Park opening. Since I don't know what day you are going to the Magic Kingdom, I can't figure out what time it is scheduled to open on the day of your visit. With your Advance Dining Reservation, you will certainly be able to enter early. I just hope that you are able to rent your ECV before dining. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
