We will be visiting DL in August and we will be bringing my parents with our family. I have an 8yr, 2yr and 1yr old. I was wondering can we use the rider swap with my me, my husband and 8yr old then switch with my parents and they can ride with him.?

    Hey Howdy Hey Jessica,

I'm thrilled to hear you will be visiting The Happiest Place on Earth in August. We love to bring my parents along for the adventure as well… Grandparents are the best!

There are so many attractions at the Disneyland Resort that will accommodate your entire family to ride with no height restrictions. For those attractions that may have a height restriction too tall for your younger mousketeers or they decide they do not wish to ride, you may utilize the Rider Switch service.

Guests should notify the Cast Member upon entering the queue line that they would like to utilize the Rider Switch service. One adult will wait with the child(ren) not riding the attraction. After the Guests have waited in line and enjoyed the attraction, the Guests will take turns watching the child(ren) not riding. Then the waiting adult may bring one (1) Guest along with them to enjoy the attraction. That adult and Guest will not have to wait in the regular queue line, the Cast Member will let you know where specifically to return with the Rider Switch Pass.

I hope this helps and that you enjoy the magic of Disney. If you have any more questions, please write me back on how I can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.

    Wishing you magic!
