Hi, we are visiting Disneyworld -March 22nd to the 31st, is there some kind of Easter celebration around that time. My daughter is wondering if Easter bunny will be there. (My kids are 10 and 7 and we are also taking my 11year old niece), can't wait..

Hi Myra! My family is spending Easter at Walt Disney World too this year, so I've been anxiously awaiting information on the special holiday events planned. Unfortunately Disney usually doesn't announce the Easter activities until shortly before the holiday. I can, however, tell you the types of Easter events that were held in past years, since they give a good indication of what you can likely expect this year.

Mr. and Mrs. Bunny generally greet guests daily at the Magic Kingdom in the weeks surrounding Easter, and on Easter Sunday there's a special pre-parade just before the 3 p.m. regular parade. A Catholic Mass and a Protestant service are usually held on Easter morning at the Contemporary resort. All the resorts typically have several Easter activities planned for their guests, including candy hunts. Epcot also usually hosts an Egg Hunt and other Easter activities.

Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for specific details on the events scheduled for this Easter.

Wishing you a  magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
