Demetris from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi, we are visiting Disneyland September 12 - 14 and booked through Costco/Disneyland. My account said I would be able to make reservations after May 10th. Why are my dates are marked as "not available"?

    Hiya Demetris!

From all of us at planDisney, welcome! Thanks for coming to us with your question. Congrats on your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort! I'm really excited for you to see how they've decorated the entire Resort for the Disney100 Celebration, which will be going on all year.

Reservations are usually released on a rolling basis 120 days in advance. It's possible that they had not yet released reservations at the time that you checked, so I would recommend checking the Tickets and Reservations page again and click on "Make Park Reservations." I just checked myself and I see plenty of availability on your arrival date.

If you are still having issues, check to make sure that the tickets are linked to your Disneyland account. You could also check to make sure that you don't already have reservations for those dates.

You'll be visiting during my favorite season at the Disneyland Resort, Demetris! It's likely that Halloween decorations will have just been put on display and you'll be celebrating the spirit of the spooky season! Be on the lookout for ticket sales to one of the most popular After Dark Parties: Oogie Boogie Bash! Our very own planDisney panelists had some advice on costumes if you want to get in on the fun.

Demetris, I hope that was helpful for you and that you are able to make your reservations. I hope you have a spooktacular visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and please reach out again if you need anything else!

    Have a Magical Day!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
