Jose from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are visiting Disneyland in Sept for the 3-day Mon-Thur promotion that ends in October. Can we buy Genie+ passes at any time during our stay, even after entering the park or having been there a while?

Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Jose. We're so glad you stopped by the share this question with us. It won't be long until you will be walking down Main Street, U.S.A. towards Sleeping Beauty Castle and I'm thrilled to help you prepare.

I'm so happy to hear that you are taking advantage of the 3-Day Disneyland Ticket Offer. This special ticket offer is valid for visits Monday to Thursday or Monday to Sunday through September 26th. If you haven't already, I recommend making your theme park reservations as soon as possible and making sure that all of your visits are completed by September 26th.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass (formerly known as Disney Genie+ Service) can be added for each day of your visit and can only be added once your ticket has been scanned and you've entered the theme park (each and every day). While you can add and purchase this at any time (after entering the theme park) during your visit, I recommend taking a peek at the current availability of arrival windows before making your purchase. As the day goes on, many experiences will be booked up and no longer available. I find that it's always the best value to make this purchase as early in the day as possible. To see availability, you can find the Tip Board in the Disneyland app by tapping the "☰" to open the menu, followed by tapping the "Rides, Shows & Lightning Lane Entry" tile.

There's no better time to visit (in my opinion) than during Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. The resort is looking gourd-geous in its autumnal best and the giant Mickey pumpkin is just waiting to greet you in Town Square. And let's not forget the star of the season (well for me anyway) the seasonal eats and treats. Check out the Halloween Foodie Guide for all the details on all the different delectable delights to sink your teeth into.

Jose, I hope this is helpful as you are getting ready for your magical visit. Please come back to visit us with any other questions that you might have. Here's wishing you a ghoulishly good time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
