Hi there, I will be visiting Disneyland on the 17th (have a parkhopper pass beginning at Disneyland and then to California Adventure). I am staying at the Holiday Inn on Walnut. Where do I enter the park from?

Hiya Carolyn! Thank you for your question!

There are several entrances to the Happiest Place on Earth, but because there is so much to do, you have to go with the option that means the least amount of walking.

If you are staying at a hotel on Walnut St. and heading to Disneyland Park, your best bet may be to enter the Disneyland Resort through the western end of the Downtown Disney District and then hop on the Disneyland Monorail, which will drop you off inside of Tomorrowland by Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage.

And if, on the way back to your hotel, you decide to walk through the Downtown Disney District instead of catching the monorail, then make a pit stop at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. This kid-friendly tropical lounge will give you a chance to rest halfway there with a nice tropical drink in hand and gorgeous views of the Disneyland Hotel pools.

Have a magical time – and if there are any other questions we can answer for you, I hope you come back to planDisney!

    Best wishes,
    Lola
