Hello, Therese! Welcome to
planDisney. If we bumped into each other at the parks, I think we’d be fast friends. You’re talking about two of my favorite attractions ever!
Indiana Jones Adventure is legendary! And the funny thing is, I think I like the queue as much as the actual ride itself! And don’t get me started on
“it’s a small world.” My family rides it at least once each time we visit, and we visit A LOT! There is something whimsical and magical about this attraction that warms the heart and always brings a smile to your face.
I’ve got good news and only okay news. The good news is that “it’s a small world” is only closed for the transition to "it's a small world" Holiday Lighting! It’s scheduled to reopen on November 13th, so it’ll be ready just in time to bring some holiday cheer to your trip!
The “only okay news” is that there is no official announcement about when Indiana Jones Adventure will reopen. You’ll need to check back to see when it’s ready to ride. The best way to do that is to visit the
Hours & Events page on the Disneyland website. Hover over “Tickets & Parks” and then click “See All Hours & Entertainment Schedule.” You can adjust the date, and then scroll down to “Closed for Refurbishment” to see if it will be open. The calendar is only available six weeks in advance, so you should be able to see if they plan to open Indiana Jones Adventure for your November 15th arrival date on October 4th.
Therese, you’re definitely in for a treat (my favorite is the Mickey gingerbread). You’ll arrive just in time to see all the holiday cheer Disneyland has to offer! The festive overlays, holiday treats, winter wonderland decorations, and heartfelt shows and entertainment all arrive on November 13th! The ever-popular “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” returns with all the characters you love - dancing reindeer, skating snowflakes, cute little dancing snowmen, and the man himself, Santa Claus! Nothing gets me in the holiday spirit more than seeing the toy soldiers play real herald trumpets! Also, “Believe…In Holiday Magic” is back! I love singing along with the holiday tunes and watching the “snow” float down on Main Street. Pure holiday magic! Check out the

Therese, I hope you have a wonderful trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth and make all the magical memories your heart desires. If you have more questions, don’t hesitate to bring them to us at
planDisney.
Happy Holidays,
Corey
