Hi. I will be visiting Disney with my 17 year-old daughter and 5 friends of her (same age, all using the dining plan).  Can they dine at a table service restaurant with no adults present and use the magic band to pay?

    Hello Jorge,

Wow! Now that sounds like a fantastic, exciting and magical trip, having five of your daughter's closest friends traveling with her to Walt Disney World. You win parent of the year for planning this Walt Disney World vacation.

Walt Disney World requires children under the age of fourteen to be accompanied by a Guest of age fourteen or older. Your daughter and her friends will be fine dining on their own and using their Disney Dining Plan credit via the MagicBand.

Like Walt Disney once said, "Never grow up," enjoy this amazing trip with your daughter and her friends at Walt Disney World and let me know if I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
