    Hi.. I will be visiting Disney with my 7 year old for the first time next week. :) Our first dinner will be at Chef Mickey's. What is the easiest way to get from All Star Movie Resort to Chef Mickeys? Dinner is not until around 8

    Hi there Stephanie!

    How exciting you will be visiting Walt DIsney World with your seven-year-old for the first time next week! I know you both must be super excited!  Chef Mickey's, located at Disney's Contemporary Resort, is one of my family's favorite Character Dining Experiences!  You have chosen a fun dining location for your first evening in the "Most Magical Place on Earth!" If utilizing DIsney's complimentary transportation, you will want to take a bus bound for Magic Kingdom Park and then walk or take the monorail to Disney's Contemporary Resort. The walk itself is only approximately 10 minutes from the bus depot at Magic Kingdom Park and the Contemporary Resort is the first stop on the monorail line. On your return, I would recommend walking back to the bus depot at Magic Kingdom Park as the walk will be quicker than riding the entire Resort Monorail Loop. I hope this information helps!
