We will be visiting Disney World on July 22, 2012 until July 27, 2012. During our visit on July 23, 2012 my husband will be celebrating his 40th birthday. Can someone please give me some advise to plan a wonderful night for such a wonderful man.

    Hi Janada,

Birthdays at Walt Disney World are super special. There's a range of experiences you could arrange for your husband depending on your budget, his interests, and the number of people in your party. Some possible examples would be having a cake delivered to a meal, having a dinner at the posh Victoria & Albert's restaurant, spa treatments, a race car driving experience, behind the scenes tours, and much, much more.

Whatever you decide to do, you should be sure to grab a free Birthday button at a theme park ticket window or guest relations office. This may get you a few extra perks and special greetings from cast members.

As for the BIG celebration elements, I encourage you to think about what really makes your husband happy. Is it romance, sports, relaxation, pampering, or something else entirely. You may want to head over to the independent website blog.touringplans.com and look for an article called Trip Planning 101: Celebrating at Walt Disney World. This will give you lots of specific suggestions. When you figure out what you want to do, let us know and we can tell you how to put everything in place.
