Hi Amie,
Ooh...the first week of December is my
favorite time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! With smaller crowds, mild temperatures, fun
holiday special events, and festive and gorgeous Christmas decorations, you're going to LOVE it!
I'm happy to let you know that yes,
Happily Ever After will run every night that the park is open past 6:00 p.m. To me, it's the PERFECT way to end an awesome day at
Magic Kingdom park. The incredible projections, awe-inspiring fireworks and lasers, and the moving soundtrack give me chills every time! On the evenings when
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is going on, an all-new
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show will light up the night sky rather than Happily Ever After.
Because the fireworks are quite popular, I'd suggest grabbing a yummy snack and finding a great viewing spot around The Hub (the center wheel in front of Cinderella Castle) around 45 minutes before the show begins. My family loves to use this time to chat about our favorite memories of the day, and it's always heart-warming to hear our kids share about their favorite Disney traditions as well as new favorites they've discovered.
Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amie, and please come see us again if we can help with anything else. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation this December!
Missy
