    We will be visiting Disney World over Easter and are staying at the Art of Animation Hotel. What kind of activities will be happening both in the parks and at the hotel? Are the parks typically busier?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My family and I love Disney's Art of Animation Resort. We are hoping to stay there later this year.

    The Easter season is a very popular time for Guests to visit Walt Disney World Resort. This year's Easter events will probably be announced closer to or in March. I would suggest following the Disney Parks Blog and the official Facebook Page of the Walt Disney World Resort. These are the best places to learn about special announcements.

    In March 2014, the Disney Parks Blog publicized the return of the third annual Easter egg display in the lobby of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, April 4-22. I would expect these exquisite eggs to return again this year. Last year's Easter events also included Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny greeting Guests in the Town Square area of Magic Kingdom Park from April 13-20.
