    Hi! We are visiting Disney World in April 2011 and as I am making dining reservations online, it keeps giving me Rainforest Cafe as an option for the dining plan. Everything I've read says RC doesn't accept the dining plan, but online it says yes. Help?

    HI Julie! The Disney website is somewhat confusing on this issue. Neither the Animal Kingdom or the Downtown Disney locations of the Rainforest Cafe accept the basic or deluxe Disney Dining Plan. The Rainforest Cafe does, however, accept the Premium and Platinum Dining Plans.  (Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney has the same policy.) The Rainforest Cafe is a very entertaining restaurant with its life-size animatronic creatures, but unless you have the Premium or Platinum plans, you'll have to pay out-of-pocket to dine there.
