Hi, I will be visiting Disney in September for the first time and I have a question. I have been reading about a service for resort guests where bags can be sent back to your resort when you are shopping. I was just wondering exactly how that service works

It's very easy. When you are shopping in a Disney theme park, simply tell the cashier that you'd like to have your packages delivered to your resort. The cast member will ask you some information like your name, resort, room number, etc and will attach a label to your purchases. The cast member will also let you know when you will be able to pick up your packages.Your purchases will then be delivered to the gift shop of your Disney resort and held for you to pick up.

This does take some time, so if you're shopping on your last day of vacation, you'll need to carry your bags with you. Otherwise, this is a very convenient option for shopping that I know you will appreciate!
