    We will be visiting Disney on June 27 through July 3 with my 3 children ages 13, 9, and 7. I was wondering what would be good days to visit each park and which character dining would you suggest. We do not have the park hopper tickets.

    Anne,

    Here is an initial suggestion for park days. Since I find morning Extra Magic Hours can be a good thing to avoid during busier months like June/July, I try to focus more on hitting a few evening Extra Magic Hours. This way you can take advantage of that perk. With kids aged 13-7, you have a family that is better equipped to stay up for this, as compared to families with toddlers.

    So here is where I would go, by day, assuming you do visit a park on your departure day, but not your arrival day;

    • June 27 - Relax at the resort, pool time, fun entertainment dinner
    • June 28 - Magic Kingdom
    • June 29 - Animal Kingdom
    • June 30 - Epcot
    • July 1 - Hollywood Studios
    • July 2 - Any of the three non-Magic Kingdom parks that you liked the most
    • July 3 - Magic Kingdom
    As for the dining, let me know what characters your kids like (boys or girls or both?), or generally what other interests they have. Then I can give you a few specific suggestions!

    Have a magical vacation!
