I am visiting Disney in January and know I’m going to have to work for about 30 minutes one of the days. Is my laptop allowed to be brought in so I can do my work for a second?

Hey, Miller! Thanks so much for stopping by today with your question. I have a secret to share with you today that may help you find a bit of magic while working. You will even be able to whistle while you work and no one will think anything of it! One of my favorite places to do my Disney Parks Moms Panel work is right in Epcot's World Showcase, particularly around the Germany, Italy, and France Pavilions. While visiting Walt Disney World Resort over the years, I have had a few instances where I would see a question waiting to be answered that needed a bit of research to be done first. I have popped over to the location to speak with Cast Members for some first-hand information or go on a scouting mission for that must-have piece of merchandise. Once I had the answer, I would just find a table nearby and share the magic. There really is something wonderful about sitting in the middle of The Most Magical Place on Earth, watching families make memories together, and helping another family get ready to come make those memories!

You are more than welcome to bring your laptop along with you as you travel all over Walt Disney World Resort, including the theme parks. I may be a bit worried about bringing it to one of the Disney Water Parks, though! Know that there is complimentary Wi-Fi available at all Disney Resort Hotels, the four theme parks, both Disney Water Parks, and Disney Springs. I recommend that you first stop by a great snack or Quick Service dining location to pick up a treat (Mickey pretzels for the win!) and find a shady area as you start to hum a merry tune. Your work won't take long when there's a song to help you set the pace!

I hope this helps you plan for a quick work session so you can get back to the magic with your family! Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
