    We are visiting Disney in Dec 2020 with grandparents (DVC members) we have a two bedroom place. Our family (not grandparents) want to do the DDP, are we able to do it if the grandparents do not and we are sharing a room together?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I hope you are having a wonderful time planning your December visit with your family.   I traveled for many years with over 30 members of my family at Christmas and those vacations have given me some of my most cherished memories.  I hope you make unforgettable memories with your family later this year.

    The Disney Dining Plans are a wonderful addition to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.   My family loves it, as it has saved us money over the cost of paying out of pocket every time we have added it to a trip.   At the current time, every Guest staying in the same Resort reservation must book the same Disney Dining Plan.  So if your whole family including grandparents are staying in one Deluxe Villa Resort room you would all need to add the Disney Dining Plan to your reservation in order to use it.   I encourage your parents to look into how much it would save, especially if your family plans to experience Character Dining meals during your visit.
