We will be visiting Disney this August, 2013. Do the Pirate Cruises still depart fron The Grand Floridian? Is it children Only? Thanks!!

    Hi Patricia!

For children seeking out a pirate life, and little pirate treasure, a Disney Pirate cruise is the perfect mix of fun and adventure on the "open seas"! Disney Pirate Cruise is offered to children from ages 4-12, seven days a week, departing from four resort "ports".

The "Pirate Adventure" departs from the Grand Floridian dock Monday through Saturday, at 9:30 am. The adventure lasts approximately two hours, and includes snacks and beverages, as well as the opportunity to find pirate treasure at differing ports of call. The cost for this experience is $31.95 per child and is available for reservation through (407) WDW-PLAY.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie
