    Hello! Visiting Disney again with family in April. Question is we have lunch reservations at Be Our Guest. We plan on preordering our lunch on the app to save time. So I understand our food will be served to us at our table. How will that work?

    Bonjour, Bruce! I am so glad you were able to make dining reservations at Be Our Guest Restaurant! This is my favorite lunch destination at Magic Kingdom Park. The Beast's Castle is absolutely magnificent and the food is all quite delicious. Don't believe me? Ask the dishes! Be sure to save room for dessert, as the Strawberry Shortcake and Triple Chocolate Cupcakes are better than just about any other cupcake you will find.

    Preordering your meal is definitely the way to go at this dining location. It will save you so much time when you arrive that afternoon. You will first check-in at the bridge just outside the Beast's Castle. The Cast Members there will then send you across the bridge, usually asking those who have preordered to stay to the left side of the bridge. This will let you bypass the line leading into the right side of the castle, where guests are waiting to place their order. Upon entering the front of the restaurant, you will speak with a Cast Member who is able to pull up your order, confirm it with you, and accept payment. You are then free to find a free table in any of the open dining rooms. Personally, I love to dine in the mysterious West Wing!

    Cast Members delivering the food will be able to find you within the restaurant with the help of some pretty cool technology. If you have MagicBands, those are scanned during the time of payment when you first arrived. If you do not have MagicBands, you will be given a sensor to place on your table. The Cast Members have devices that help track either the sensor or MagicBands associated with the order they are delivering. So cool!
