Hi Angie!
Welcome to planDisney! What a magical holiday ahead of you!
From what I’ve noticed, the
Starlight Parade times have been added to the
Hours & Events Calendar a bit later compared to the other parades, fireworks, and nighttime entertainment times. At the time of writing this, I only see Starlight Parade times listed through the end of November. So, I’d keep checking back as your trip gets closer!
While showtimes are always subject to change, I’m seeing that the
Happily Ever After fireworks are scheduled for 9:00 PM on December 20, 2025. The Starlight Parade is currently shown twice per night: one hour before the fireworks and one and a half hours after the fireworks. That might give you some guidance as you’re planning out your park day.
It’s good to note that the Starlight Parade and Happily Ever After fireworks will not be shown on nights that Magic Kingdom hosts
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. That party will come along with its own fireworks and parade. I was lucky enough to see them the other night, and they’re incredible!
During your trip, it looks like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will take place on December 18th, 19th, and 21st. So, like you have planned, December 20th will be the day you’ll want to visit Magic Kingdom if you’re hoping to see the Starlight Parade.
As a heads up, non-party nights are a popular time to visit Magic Kingdom because of that! For fewer crowds during the Starlight Parade, I recommend watching the second parade from Liberty Square or Frontierland if possible.
I hope that helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us!
