We are visiting in Dec with another family and plan on dining together. Also, I want to try to get Cinderella's Royal Table for lunch. Can I make reservations for all of us, or do we need to make separate reservations?

One person should make the reservations for the entire party, this way you will all be seated together. If you made separate reservations, it is quite likely that there would not be a table available that is large enough for your entire group.

One thing to know about Cinderella's Royal Table ... this restaurant requires pre-payment by credit card. And you will be required to show that credit card prior to being seated.

Once you're at the table, you can split up the payments any way you'd like. For example, if you're on the Disney Dining Plan, your server can refund the credit card and use the Plan as payment. Or you could have half the fee refunded to the original credit card and charged to a second card. None of this is any problem. However, if you are the person reserving the table for the large group, you should feel confident that everyone is going to show up for the meal (or cancel in a timely manner) or you may be stuck holding the bill.
