Visiting for 11 days in April (2 kids, 9 and 8) and are trying to decide between the whole time at Disney (PC Resort) or a split with a few days off site to "chillax" , enjoy more space, and see other things like Kennedy. Can we do WDW justice?

One of the great things about a longer vacation such as yours, is that you can take Disney in at a bit of a slower pace and enjoy some of the other great attractions in Central Florida. With an 11 day trip, even if you spent two days in each of the theme parks and one in the water parks, you would still have some ability to explore elsewhere. During various trips to WDW my family has also experienced the Space Center (about an hour away) and Sea World. Or, even if you don't visit other Florida attractions, taking a day off in the middle of your trip to just sit by the pool is a great idea. There is a large contingent of Disney visitors that always plan to do just that: two days at the parks, one day at the pool, two days at the parks, one day at the pool, etc.

    Hope this helps.
