    We will be visiting at Christmas at WDW, this December,I need to know how to book a Christmas meal with characters either lunch or diner, would we need an extra special ticket to go into Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day? We are staying on Disney.

    Hi Lynne,

    Christmas at the Walt Disney World Resorts is so special! It will be crowded so plan to be in the park you want to tour early.

    Your regular park ticket will work at Magic Kingdom and every other park but just do not sleep in as everyone else will want to be here as well.

    As for booking a character meal, you can book online or call a cast member at 407-WDW-DINE. I encourage you to book as close to the 180 day mark as possible to get the greatest choices.
