We are visiting California in March. I was wondering do they still offer 1/2 day tickets. We arrive at 2pm and would like to go to the park later that day.

Hi there, Trenise, and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort! It'll be here before you know it, so I hope you've got your tickets and park reservations all set to go. Dining reservations are also open for your visit, but you'll also be there during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, so you could potentially just snack your way through the Parks!

The Disneyland Resort does not currently offer a half day ticket. All ticket sales are for a full day of inclusive experiences and there's definitely plenty to do at both Theme Parks! If you are arriving a little later in the day and you opt not to enter a Theme Park that day, I would suggest spending some time in the Downtown Disney District. It's a wonderful area unto itself with live entertainment, shopping, and world class dining available to all Guests.

If your dates are flexible, another suggestion I might have is to consider Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite. This special after hours party is taking place a couple of nights before your arrival and, at the time of this writing, tickets are still available. With this ticket, you are allowed to enter Disneyland Park as early as 6 p.m. and the party goes until 1 a.m. You'll enjoy a much less crowded Park experience and will be able to pack in more attractions in a shorter amount of time.

Tip: If you want to try several dishes during the Food & Wine Festival, consider the Sip and Savor Pass, and remember that you are able to make all your food purchases from one booth. Just keep your receipt and all you have to do is present it at the pick-up window to receive your food, thus skipping another wait in the ordering line!

Trenise, I hope that this response was helpful for you. Please visit us again if you have any further questions. We'd love to hear from you in the future. Until next time!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
