    Visiting from Australia Sept 2013 for 9 nights. I am unsure if the dining plan will save us. I am worried about getting to reservations on time and am having trouble making dining plans ahead of time but feel like we should have some table service meals.

    I absolutely love the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) and we get it every time we visit Walt Disney World. I definitely thinks it saves us money, time and stress!

    You can begin booking your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) 180 days out, so depending upon when you are visiting in September, you should be able to begin booking your ADRs in March.

    This is PERFECT because you have plenty of time to start planning what park you want to visit each day of your vacation and where you want to eat for each meal. I always schedule my entire vacation in advance so that when I arrive, I don't have to worry about where to go or what to do. 

    At first I was worried about getting to my reservations on time as well, but with a little advanced planning, everything will work out fine. For example, if you know you want to eat at Coral Reef at Epcot (one of my favorite restaurants) for lunch, then just make sure you schedule your day so that you are in the Future World section of the park (and not the World Showcase.) Plan your day so that you tour The Seas with Nemo and Friends, experience Turtle Talk with Crush and ride Nemo around the time of your reservation (all which are near Coral Reef.)

    Do this with each of your ADRs and you will be all set! Please let me know if you need additional help with planning your day or need advice on which Table Service locations to choose. I'm happy to help!
