We will be visiting in April and my 2 year old will be celebrating his birthday while we are there. What park would you recommend for his age and is there anything Disney offers to make his birthday extra magical that I can sign up for?

    Hi, Melissa!
I'm so excited you have a chance to celebrate a special birthday at Walt Disney World Resort. It's my favorite place for birthdays.

Your two-year-old will probably have the most fun at Magic Kingdom Park for his birthday. The combination of walking around the parks and the number of super fun attractions that he can enjoy make it a wonderful place to visit. Check out this guide for bringing little ones to the parks. I know he's going to love it.

Since it will be his birthday, make sure you visit Guest Relations to ask for a special birthday pin. It's free and it's a fun way for Cast Members and Guests to wish your little guy a happy birthday. Both of my kids LOVE the extra attention that pin brings. When my daughter was little, we had a chance to celebrate her birthday at a delicious Table Service restaurant. I worked with the staff to have a candle with a cupcake for our birthday girl so we could sing!

It doesn't take too much to celebrate with a little one. Take the time to let him soak in the fun of Disney World. Birthday magic will happen everywhere you go!

Have a wonderful visit in April. Let me know if I can help with any extra questions.
