We're visiting the Animal Kingdom Village & park w/ our girls ages 6 & 8 in April. We've reserved the Character Breakfast at Tusker House. What are other things we should do & where should we eat? 1900 Park Fare looks good. Is it too far? T

    Hi Brigitte,

Thank you for the question! I think you will love Tusker House for breakfast. It is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. The meal is yummy and the characters are so much fun! Plus I love the special juice they serve there.

You do not mention how long you will be staying at the Animal Kingdom. If you are there for only a day, then take advantage of the shows in Animal Kingdom like Festival of the Lion King and Nemo. Also, Kilimanjaro Safari, Khali River Rapids and World of Flight will be a lot of fun for your princesses as well.

If you have more than a few days, then go to the other parks at the Walt Disney World Resorts as well.

For dinner at 1900 Park Fare, this is a great buffet which is a lot of fun with Cinderella and her family. Her stepsisters made this meal for my family and Disney Mom Joanne's as well. So much so, that Joanne and her princess ate there another night on their vacation. You will need to take a bus to the Magic Kingdom and then take a boat or monorail to the Grand Floridian. I think it is worth the trip!

    Have a magical vacation!
