    Will be visiting Animal Kingdom tomorrow. We are pass holders and have made reservations already. A friend without a pass may want to join us. Is it possible to purchase a ticker the day of the visit at the front gate of animal kingdom?

    Welcome to planDisney! How exciting to hear that you will be visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park tomorrow. That sounds like a practically perfect way to start the weekend.

    As of January 9th, 2024, theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based theme park tickets. Hooray! With this news, buying a ticket at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park the day of your visit is easy-peasy should your friend decide they want to join you for the day. 

    While you're visiting, keep an eye out for the African elephant, Nadirah, and her sweet newborn, Corra! Corra is the first African elephant born at Disney's Animal Kingdom in seven years, but what makes this story really special is that Nadirah was born there as well back in 2005. So sweet!
