While visiting the Animal Kingdom in 2000, we were approached by a plant-people on stilts who wrapped themselves around poles/trees. They were amazing! We returned in 2005, but couldn't find them anywhere. Do they still perform in the park?

    Lisa,

It sounds like you are remembering "DiVine" who still performs daily in the Animal Kingdom.  I saw her for the first time in December last year and was amazed at how well she was able to blend into the trees and plants along the sides of the paths in the park.  Who knows...perhaps that is why you weren't able to find her on your last visit?

She is definitely an amazing performer to see, so I hope I can help you find her again on your next visit.  Generally she can be found on the walking path close to the area where Africa and Asia meet.  Her current (March 2008) times for performance (approximately 45 minutes per appearance) are 10 am, 11 am, noon, and 1:00 pm.  To make sure about her location and times, be sure to also check for detail about DiVine's performance on the park's "Times Guide."

Good luck finding her on your next visit to the Animal Kingdom.
