    I visited NBA experience today. Where do I find all my photos and videos taken there? I was told by every cast member that it would be available and was free.

    Luis, you made a smart move by visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope your recent trip to the brand new NBA Experience in Disney Springs was a slam dunk!

    From what I've been told, there are two photo opportunities that work by tapping your MagicBand or admission card. Hopefully, you felt like an MVP when holding the NBA Award trophy and getting to pose with (a wax model of) NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. There's no better fantasy for the die-hard NBA fan than getting drafted by their favorite team!  I spoke with a Cast Member today who said your photos and videos should be available in your MyDisneyExperience account in the PhotoPass section. However, sometimes photos can take up to 48 hours to appear. If you're still experiencing difficulty, I encourage you to contact the Disney PhotoPass help desk at (407) 560-4300.
