Hi Gabriela! It is my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney! Thank you so much for this great question. I am happy to help point you in the right direction so you can enjoy your trip without any worries!
From what you shared, it sounds like you may have purchased the
California Resident three day ticket that gives you three days of magic at the
Disneyland Resort through May 21, 2026! It also sounds like your last visit was the first use of those tickets, which means you still have two fun-filled days waiting for you.
Here is the good news! When a ticket is scanned at the entrance for the first time, a photo of the Guest using the ticket is taken and the ticket officially becomes assigned to them at that moment. So even if the name printed on the ticket does not match the Guest who used it, that is perfectly ok. The system assigns the ticket to the Guest once it is scanned in.
If you would like to double check that everything looks right, open the
Disneyland Mobile app and head to the home page. Tap the three lines at the bottom of the screen, then select My Tickets and Passes. You should see each ticket listed with its own unique barcode. If the name on the ticket still needs to be updated, you can stop by
Guest Relations during your next visit and they will be happy to help update it for you. While tickets cannot be reassigned once they have been used, Guest Relations can make sure the right Guest has access to their ticket with no trouble at all.
Gabriela, do not forget to make sure your
park reservations are set, and remember that if you are using the three day California Resident ticket, the final day to use those tickets is May 21, 2026! I cannot wait for your visit next month, and it will be here before you know it!
Please stop back by if any other questions pop up as you continue planning. We are always happy to help!
Wishing you pixie dust dreams and magical memory moments!
Kimberly
