Hi Renata, and welcome to planDisney. Your visit to Disney World is right around the corner, so let’s figure out how to take advantage of those vintage tickets!
The good news is that
Disney World honors unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days, regardless of how old they are. I’d recommend calling the
Existing Tickets phone number ahead of your visit and a Cast Member would be happy to talk through your options. If you’d prefer to just wait until you’re at Disney World, you can also stop by one of the ticket windows at the theme parks or
Disney Springs.
Since your last visit, there have been so many new and exciting additions! The first thing I’d recommend is to download the
My Disney Experience app, which will be your handy tool for navigating the parks. You can use it to view wait times and maps, book
Lightning Lane Passes, preview your
PhotoPass photos,
checkout at select gift shops, and
mobile order food (this can be a big time saver, especially at peak meal times!).
There are also entire new lands to explore like
Pandora - The World of Avatar in
Animal Kingdom (home to my favorite ride,
Flight of Passage!) and
Toy Story Land and
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in
Hollywood Studios.
Speaking of Hollywood Studios, two brand new stage shows just debuted there.
The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure is a fun retelling of Ariel’s journey with all of the songs we know and love. And then in
Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After, Magic Mirror summons our favorite Disney baddies for a show filled with music, mischief, and mayhem.
It’s such an exciting time to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth! I hope you have the best visit ever next week. And if you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
