We just visited AK this week and brought masks with us, however if we wanted to purchase WDW masks, how best to determine the size? Hoping that Cast Members are pretty good at estimating?

Hi there, Lisa! Welcome to the wonderful world of planDisney! We are so excited that you’ve taken the time to reach out and ask your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Walt Disney World Resort has re-opened and is inviting Guests back to experience all of the magic! As more and more experiences continue to re-open, there has been a prioritization on providing the most memorable experiences while also promoting the safety of all Guests. With this in mind, there have been some modified experiences and enhanced procedures to do just this! Guests can look forward to enhanced cleaning procedures across the property, temporary adjustments that promote physical distancing, and modified experiences to reduce contact. Guests are also required to make theme park reservations via the Park Pass System prior to their visit in order too enter a theme park.

Additionally, all Guests ages two and up are required to wear face coverings at all times, except when actively dining or swimming. All face coverings must be made from at least two layers of breathable material, fully cover the mouth and nose while securing under the chin, fit snugly against the side of the face, and be secured with ties or ear loops that allow the Guest to remain hands-free.

During my own family’s visits to Walt Disney World Resort, I am sure to pack multiple face coverings that fit this description so we are always prepared during our visit! That being said, it is also incredibly fun to purchase some of the adorable face coverings currently sold on property as well! If you are interested in doing this, I would actually recommend checking out the Face Mask page on the shopDisney website. Here, you will find a full breakdown of how these face coverings are sized and can measure prior to your next visit. Cast Members will also be able to assist with any questions you have about sizing if anything pops up while you are shopping

I hope this information assists you in planning for your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you, though!
