We visit WDW about 2-3 times/year. We typically stay for 3-4 days in a value or moderate resort with our family of 7. We finally made the leap to purchase annual passes this year. Is DVC worth it if we don't typically use deluxe/villa accommodations?

    Hi Christina!

I know how exciting it is to consider Disney Vacation Club Membership! Thanks for joining us here with your question. Let's get down to business!

I can't say emphatically enough that I wish we joined sooner! This is the often the sentiment of the DVC Members that I meet. Some of this is based on the idea that when you join, you lock in today's prices for up to 50-years of world class vacations. There is also the emotional piece of being a part of the magic of Disney.

As a family of seven, you will enjoy the space of a 2-Bedroom Villa for your future visits! Say "Ta ta for now" to requests for connecting hotel rooms and "Welcome Home" to large accommodations with full kitchens, private balconies, separate spaces, and a washer and dryer! We even save by eating breakfast in our Villa and not paying additional luggage fees. We bring less and wash!

Whether Membership is likely to result in great savings for your family depends on many factors, and is best discussed with a Cast Member at 877-616-8687 or at an Open House Tour. Thanks to Membership Magic, an ever-evolving program of special discounts and exclusive experiences, the savings extend well beyond your accommodations. For example, with the current special pricing on Walt Disney World Annual Passes, our family enjoys substantial savings on our theme park admission, thanks to our Disney Vacation Club Membership. While this benefit is subject to change, it is just one example of the many ways that we have stretched our limited vacation dollars thanks to our DVC Membership.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
