We will visit WDW & are staying at a non-Disney Hotel - we are wondering if you can take advantage of the Kids Activity Centers in the Hotels if you are not staying there since there is a charge? Also my son will be 2 yrs 9 months - will this be an iss

    Greetings Julia,

My daughter absolutely LOVES the Children's Activity Centers located at the Walt Disney World Resort and we always have a hard time getting her to leave when we come to pick her up. You don't need to be a guest of the resort or even a guest at a Walt Disney World Resort to take advantage of these amazing child care facilities.

The Children's Activity Centers have are limited to children 3 years of age and older who are completely potty trained.  Although it is possible that a location may bend the rules a bit to accommodate a child who is nearing the 3 year old mark, it's hard to say and it would be totally up to that particular center.

I would recommend contacting Kidz Nite Out, a contracted child care company which has worked hand in hand with Disney for many years.  This reputable company provides fully licensed "Nanny's" who will stay with your child in your resort room and will arrive with a bag full of goodies and activities which will be sure to keep your little one happy and entertained in your absence!  This service is fully sanctioned by Disney and I have heard nothing but great feedback and praise!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
