How nice that you have such fond memories of a Disney cast member.

WDW welcomes feedback from guests about cast member performance. Guest feedback is an important part of performance evaluation and job placement at WDW, so whenever a guest takes the time to write a note about a cast member, their comments are taken seriously. So I do encourage you to send your letter. I don't know if this particular cast member is still at Ohana, but even if he has changed positions, they'll be able to find him.

To send a note of praise about a special cast member, write to Guest Communications at:

Be as specific as you can about the name of the cast member and the date/time of your special experience. I'm sure Chef Tjet will appreciate the effort you made.
