I have a visit to the parks soon that my mother has organized for me, how do I link the tickets set for me and my girlfriend from her Disney account to my disney account

Hi Matthew! Welcome to planDisney. We’re happy you’re here!

It sounds like your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited for you! I know you’re putting the finishing touches of pixie dust on your magical vacation, including making sure you have access to your tickets. I’d love to help!

Matthew, if your mom has purchased your tickets and already assigned them to you and your girlfriend, that’s a great first step! All she has to do is share planning with the two of you so you can view and co-manage your plans. To do this, have her log into her account online, hover the mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. Here, she can scroll down to your name and your girlfriend’s name. The words “Plans managed by me” will likely be next to them. She can click “Update,” then “Share Planning with…” She can enter your email address and, once you accept the invitation on your end, you should be able to view and co-manage your plans – including your theme park tickets!

Once you and your girlfriend accepted the invitations and have logged into your own My Disney Experience accounts, you should be able to view your tickets. To do this, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. Scroll down a bit and toggle over to Tickets, Passes & Memory maker. Here, you should be able to see the ticket assigned to you! You will be able to scan into the parks with the Disney MagicMobile service through your My Disney Experience app. You can also scan into the parks if you’ve purchased a MagicBand, or you can ask the front desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel for a complimentary Key to the World card for park entry. No matter which way you decide to enter the parks, you’re sure to have a magical time!

Be sure that you’ve also made your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you’d like to visit on each day of your trip (until January 9, 2024). And of course, if you have any problems with the above steps, I would recommend that you call a Cast Member at your earliest convenience. They’ll be happy to take a look at your account and make sure everything’s good to go before you arrive!

    See ya real soon!
