If I want to visit 2 parks on 1 day but don't have the park hopper, can I do it and just be "charged" another day on my plan? This would be our 3rd trip in 18 mos and don't know that we need to "hop". P.S. Love you guys :-)

The WDW tickets are computer coded so that you can't do what you're suggesting. The only way to go to more than one theme park in a day is to buy the Park Hopper option. If you only have a base ticket and you try to visit two parks in one day, the entrance turnstiles at the second park will reject your ticket and you will not be able to enter.

And thanks for the kind words. With three trips in less than two years, it sounds like you could be ready for the Moms Panel yourself soon!
