    We will visit this May and are staying off-site. I see that you can purchase Magic Bands online through the Disney Store. If I purchase them online and have them shipped to me prior to our trip, how can I link them to our tickets and reservations? Thanks!

    Howdy Sheena!

    Happy New Year to you!  It sounds like you are already planning a year filled with magical memories.   May is one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World, the weather is great and it allows you to take advantage of the fabulous Disney water parks.  I know you and your family are going to have a blast.

    Once you purchase your MagicBands online from the Disney Store, you will be able to link them to your My Disney Experience account .  Once you log into your account you can click-on "Magic Bands and Cards"  in this section you will see a button near the bottom that will say "link".    Once you press the "link" button you can add your MagicBand using the MagicBand ID number located on the inside of the band behind the Mickey head.   If you run into problems while you are trying to link your new MagicBands you can reach a friendly Cast Member who can help at (407) 939-4357.
