    When I visit I want to get a massage and have some relaxation time. Do you have a suggestion on where I can go? Anything good for moms needing a little "me" time?

    Yes! When I visited last week I received a massage at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, which is an equestrian-themed, Victorian Deluxe Villa Resort. The spa was absolutely wonderful! When you have spa services scheduled at this resort, you can enjoy their fitness facility, sauna, whirlpool and steam room as well. I had my hubby take the kids to breakfast and entertain them that morning while I headed over to the resort for a run on the treadmill and weights session on their state-of-the-art machines. I then relaxed in the sauna, took a shower, donned my robe and enjoyed a cup of tea while waiting for my massage. I had a wonderful hour-long massage and headed back, completely rejuvenated, to spend the day with my family. This is an excellent way to get a little "me" time in your family filled vacation.

    Coronado Springs also has an excellent health club, as does Beach Club. I've had massages at both and they were wonderful as well! After mid-December, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa will unveil their brand new health club. I can't wait to experience that when it opens! I hope you have a magical vacation!
