    Hi! If we visit in January will we be likely to get any good enough weather for visiting waterparks and swimming in resort pools? We are from the cold rainy north of UK so will be in our shorts while locals are in coats! Thank you

    Karen,

    That is hard call. Sometimes it is warm enough, sometimes it is not. But here are the average temperatures for Orlando at that time of year;

    Average High: 71.8
    Average Low: 49.9

    Daily Average: 60.9

    So by my family's standards it is about a 50-50 chance. For us if the weather is just a hair above average, we will swim. But if it is at the average, or below, we do not. Either way, we only swim midday, when it is at it's warmest.

    Also, FYI, the Disney pools are all warmed, so that should help.

    Have a magical vacation!
