Hello there Vanessa,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question.
Early November is a fun time to visit the Disneyland Resort! It's in-between seasons - as you mentioned in your question - as the
Halloween season will have just ended and the
Holiday season won't start for another week or so. In my experience, this typically results in lighter crowds!
When searching for
park closures during a visit, the best place to check is the
Daily Events Schedule. There are a few customization options near the top of the page where you can change the date, select the park(s) you're interested in viewing, and even toggle to show a 5-day view as opposed to a single-day view.
The area below will show you park operating hours, scheduled events, parades, and entertainment, and there is an expandable section below that says "Closed for Refurbishment." If you click that, it will show you any planned refurbishments for the date(s) you have selected.
For November 2 at Disneyland Park, it looks like
Mark Twain Riverboat, Tarzan's Treehouse™ (soon to be
Adventureland Treehouse), and
Goofy's How-to-Play Yard will all be down. Other than those attractions, there isn't any other scheduled refurbishment at this time!
This sounds like it will be such a fun trip! Thanks again for your question, Vanessa. Feel free to come back and see us here at planDisney with any follow-ups you think of. We'd love to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
